By placing an order through our (“Noshlife Pty Ltd”) online ordering platform, you agree to our terms and conditions, including our privacy policy and our refund policy set out below.

 Privacy Policy

When you place an order with us online, we collect some personal information from you. This information includes:

 We use your information to process your order, to provide you with an email receipt, to process refunds (if required), and for direct marketing. By continuing to place an order, you acknowledge that consent has been provided for us to collect and use your personal information for the purposes mentioned above. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you will not be able to place an order through our online ordering platform. 

Refund Policy

Full payment is required for your order to be processed. If you wish to have your order refunded, you must contact us directly with a reason that we deem as valid. On the occasion that we agree to provide you a refund, it will take up to 5-10 business days for your order to be refunded to your bank account, depending on your bank.

Please understand for orders over $150, we prepare additional stock and staff in advance and therefore any cancellation of orders will not be refunded irrespective of circumstances. In exceptional circumstances, of course will review at our discretion, we appreciate your understanding.

Change and Cancellation Policy

As our team receives your order as soon as it is confirmed via full payment, we’re unable to cancel or change orders. Should you run into an issue and require help, simply reply to your confirmation order email and we will help sort it out. For urgent matters, call the relevant store for assistance.
